Ahead of the release of new album ‘The Family Tree: The Leaves’ later this month Radical Face, A.K.A. Ben Cooper, has shared new track ‘The Ship In Port’.
‘The Family Tree: The Leaves’ is the third and final instalment of ‘The Family Tree’ album trilogy and will be released on 25th March via Nettwerk Records.
Radical Face will play 15-date European tour in April, which includes thee London shows at The Forge. The tour is inspired and themed around characters from The Family Tree album trilogy and will feature original artwork and stories by Ben Cooper and full band performances of his music spanning over all albums.
Radical Face, has spent over a decade crafting a trio of albums that is tied together in the theme of a fictitious family spanning over a century. The tour will bring to a close an unprecedented musical journey that began in the back shed of Ben’s family home in Jacksonville, Florida nearly 10 years ago and solidifies him as a unique and prolific storyteller.
The first two albums in the trilogy, The Family Tree: The Roots (released 2011) and The Family Tree: The Branches (released 2013) debuted at #20 and #10 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart, respectively.
