Footsteps Festival Announces New Names Including Warmduscher, Anamanaguchi, Office Dog, Sunday Mourners and More
18–22 MAY Across London’s Grassroot Music Venues
Footsteps Festival has announced a new wave of shows for its 2026 edition, continuing its mission to celebrate the independent venues that shape London’s music culture.
Taking place from 18–22 May, the multi-venue festival will once again transform grassroots spaces across the capital into hubs for emerging artists, cult favourites and international touring acts.
Among the newly announced names are London underground favourites Warmduscher, the irreverent rock collective born from members of Fat White Family and Paranoid London, who bring their chaotic, genre-bending live show to The Garage on 22 May.
They are joined by cult electronic band Anamanaguchi, whose technicolour blend of chiptune, pop and hyper-kinetic live energy lands at Oslo on 21 May, alongside New Zealand indie standouts Office Dog, experimental UK outfit Preen, and rising LA band Sunday Mourners amongst others.
The programme also features a special collaborative show from Dork x M for Montreal x Mothland at The Grace, highlighting emerging artists from Montreal such as Annie-Claude Deschênes, Boutique Feelings, Lemonsuckr and more to be announced.
These new additions join an already diverse lineup announced earlier this year featuring A Certain Ratio, Sarah Blasko, Ratboys, Meryl Streek, Girl Scout, Opal Mag, Grandma’s House and more, reflecting Footsteps’ commitment to programming that spans genres, generations and scenes.
Now in its second year, Footsteps continues to shine a spotlight on the venues that form the backbone of London’s music ecosystem, from beloved club rooms and historic pubs to churches, theatres and DIY spaces, offering audiences a chance to discover artists in the intimate environments where music culture thrives.
