The album commences with the experimental into single “Fragments”, just over 1 minute and a perfect insight into this compelling duo. In a short space you embrace the experimental tweaks and the intricate atmosphere that is formed on the synth sounds. The delicate yet emotively charged vocals join and add the repetative lyrics and this intro song showcases the impressive strength of Siula. Being hooked into the world instantly, the record impressively flows into “Ischia”. The track moves into focus and brings big house beats and this striking power, united with the sustained synth hits and the commanding and looped lyrics. As per the magic of this album, two tracks in and the audience can not only connect to the material but also deeply feel. The vocal notes, still continuing with their alluring expressive range, the harmonies hit harder with “Ischia” and the synth textures grip.
