Announce UK Headline Tour Dates

Bristol/Manchester duo Getdown Services kicked the month off by a new release of B-sides/rarities collection titled Crumbs, which is out via Breakfast Records.

The EP is a companion piece to 2023’s acclaimed debut album Crisps – which saw extensive radio backing from BBC Radio 6 Music (Huw Stephens, Indie Forever, New Music Fix) and Radio X (John Kennedy), plus press support from the likes of NME, DIY, Rough Trade Counter Culture, The Fader, Rodeo, Wax Music and Clunk – new collection Crumbs compiles album demos, new recordings and unreleased B-Sides to provide further insight into Getdown Services’ unpredictably joyous creative world.

Listen to the EP in full below:

There is such escapism penned in the record, you lose yourself in the gritty truth, the buoyancy of the tones and the boundary-free arrangements. They bring hilarity to their captivating upbeat tracks, they find a sense of connection in the tonality and textures of their world. As the listener when you embrace this EP you find yourself completely hooked on these rhythmic orchestrations and compelling instrumentation, the dynamic lyrics and daring attitude propel this band to a higher level.

Founded by Josh Law and Ben Sadler, Getdown Services have carved a cult following for themselves in the UK and beyond for their eclectic, danceable grooves and astute, often hilarious put-downs of modern Britain.
