APRE Share New Single ‘Feel It’

‘A001’ mixtape set for release March 1st 2022

London experimental-pop duo APRE share new track ‘Feel It’, the latest fizzy preview of their nine-track mixtape ‘A001’, set for release March 1st 2022

Elaborating on the meaning behind the effervescent track’s central euphoria, the band explain: “The whole song is about pure elation, and pure joy, the happiest you could possibly be at the birth of a new relationship. So elated you feel like shouting to the world. The joy of finding someone that finally makes you feel alive and like you have a purpose.”

APRE brings this upbeat influence into the center of their explosive orchestration. This immersive vibe hooks the audience and keeps them fixated on the journey of the new track. Bringing this wealth of experimental passages and buoyant tonality. Building layer upon layer of addictive claps, rolling rhythms, and this intoxicating vocal harmony. APRE are masters at creating these compelling compositions with countless hooks and this all-encompassing energy. A track that just lifts you, intimate lyrics, and a feel-good course.

APRE’s impressive ascent towards the upper echelon of the indie landscape is certainly gathering pace, with encouraging support from key indie press champions (The Sunday Times, NME, DIY, Dork, Clash, Gigwise, The Line Of Best Fit, Crack, Notion), alongside multiple plays on the BBC Radio 1 (Jack Saunders, Clara Amfo) and BBC 6 Music (Lauren Laverne, Tom Robinson) airwaves.

Live, a selection of acclaimed support slots already ticked off with Sam Fender, Friendly Fires and Inhaler, preceded a successful London residency at The Social, centred around an immersive experience of their upcoming nine track mixtape, featuring a whirlwind of art installations and live performances wrapped in a retro-themed narrative.

APRE’s ‘Feel It’ is out January 26th and will be available on all digital platforms. The ‘A001’ mixtape is out March 1st.
