KID KAPICHI release new single Household Shame

One of the most exciting new bands of the moment, Hastings 4 piece KID KAPICHI have released a brand new single ‘Household Shame‘- listen below

Speaking on the new song guitarist and vocalist Jack Wilson said ‘Household Shame is a sleazy love song. A temporary departure from Kapichi’s usual antagonistic tongue in cheek slurs on current affairs.  It’s a song about being young, dumb and in love. Referencing space and time as you sit around, getting high in your own world with the one you love. Friends and family start asking questions but you couldn’t care less.’

Ben Beetham spoke about the bands upcoming shows ‘Obviously everyone plans for touring is up in the air, but all that has done has put a fire in our bellies to step it up to an even higher level when we come back. Rest assured as soon as it is safe to do so, we will be back with our biggest, loudest and messiest tour to date. We’re so pumped to still have Scala in the calendar to look forward to.’

You can see the band at the following dates:

9th July – The Boileroom, Guildford
25th July – Leopalloza, Cornwall
1st August – Kendal Calling
21st August – The Green Door Store, Brighton
23rd October – Scala, London
25th October – Kavka, Antwerp
26th October – Blue Shell, Cologne
27th October – Hafenklang, Hamburg
28th October – Musik & Friedan, Berlin

Ben and Jack have also started a weekly podcast Lockdown Lowdown.
