KNUCKLE SHARE VIDEO FOR ‘REWIND THE FEELING’

BAND TO PLAY BIGGEST EVER HEADLINE SHOW ON 9TH NOVEMBER

Following the release of their acclaimed debut album ‘Life Is Hard When You’re Soft Inside’, Huddersfield garage-rock trio Knuckle have shared a video for single ‘Rewind the Feeling’ and will play their biggest ever headline show at Wakefield’s Warehouse 23 venue on Saturday 9th November.

Taken from the band’s debut, ‘Rewind The Feeling’ see’s songwriter Jonny Firth mourning a more analogue time in his life while reflecting on a friends retelling of his  life growing up gay in Wakefield in the 80’s and a family member’s drug addiction in the 90’s – ‘Rewind the Feeling’ explores Jonny’s wish to go back to that time, challenge that stigma and bring some more empathy to tougher times.

As ever, Jonny’s words are shot through with meaning and cutting Northern wit, paired with Knuckle’s brand of massive garage-rock. Totally unafraid of pop-hooks and classic songwriting, ‘Rewind the Feeling’ is Knuckle at their uncompromising best.

2019 has seen the band step things up a gear in every way: touring heavily to bigger and bigger crowds, selling out of the first pressing of their debut and all of their merch within weeks and earning rave reviews, new fans and plaudits in the process. It only seems right for the band to celebrate this massive year with this ambitious headline show in a city that means so much to them. Drummer Ben Wallbanks explains: “We’re really excited to be playing our biggest ever headline show. It feels good to be doing in in Wakey, working with Long Division too! We’re going to try make it a special one.”

Not forgetting their Huddersfield friends, Knuckle have teamed up with the acclaimed brewery and old friends of the band, Magic Rock. Together, Magic Rock & Knuckle are putting on a bus to take fans from Huddersfield to the venue and back (including a pint of Magic Rock and a ticket to the show) for £15, the last few can be purchased here

Tickets for Knuckle at Warehouse 23 are on sale now available here.
