Earlier this year, Flume (aka Harley Streten) released Hi This Is Flume, a 38 minute mixtape and accompanying visualiser directed by long time collaborator Jonathan Zawada. The mixtape has been streamed over 35 million times and gained nods of approval from Pitchfork, Billboard and The Fader and many others around the world, and was followed swiftly by Flume’s first single since 2016, ‘Friends (feat. Reo Cragun)’, which has now been streamed in excess of 10 million times. Further new music is promised imminently.

Commenting on the show, Transgressive co-founder Toby L comments:

“Harley has been working round the clock the past couple of years on his finest output yet and it’s a truly exciting prospect to see him come back to these shores to share his latest work – and a new show – with everyone. We’re currently in exciting discussions about who else will join the bill, but suffice to say, it’s going to be a legendary night at Brixton, one of the world’s best venues. We cannot wait.” The Flume / Brixton show is the latest to be announced in a special series of Transgressive 15th Anniversary events in 2019, which kicked off with Foals at The Great Escape, and will follow shortly at Glastonbury with a Friday night takeover of The Rabbit Hole (full line-up to be revealed shortly).
