ECubed and Roadkill Records once again join forces to raise vital funds for Solace Women’s Aid. Rock Against Violence is Solace’s flagship live music event and Aprils show features prominent and powerful women from the countries vibrant DIY punk scene.

Special guest DJs We Can Do It will spin garage, psych and riot grrrl between bands. With live performances from punk witches from Dream Nails, described by i-D magazine as “the best DIY all-girl punk queertet since Bikini Kill”, Sit Down who forge their own brand of art rock that borders on doom, hip hop, and everything in between, and Brighton garage-rock duo ARXX, fresh from tour

The charity event raises money and awareness for Solace Women’s Aid, to fund services for victims of domestic violence, such as children’s therapy in the refuges.

Rock Against Violence is driven by eCubed, a volunteer organisation that raises funds to benefit Solace Women’s Aid via various events and activities throughout the year. Established in 2011, Rock Against Violence earned a staggering £26,000 in 2017.  With Roadkill Records partnering with them for the past two years, the music line-up just keeps getting bigger and this year promises to deliver some amazing bands.
