Thrill Jockey is proud to announce the signing of the unparalleled ENDON. Hailing from Japan, ENDON have been called the “Most extreme band in Tokyo” (Noisey), and are born of the same music scenes that helped birth the likes of Merzbow and now-labelmates Boredoms. The quintet, comprised of vocalist Taichi Nagura, drummer Shin Yokota, guitarist Koki Miyabe, and noisemakers Taro Aiko and Etsuo Nagura, are revered for their uncompromising intensity, blending elements of black metal, sludge, hardcore punk, noise and beyond into visceral sonic chaos.

ENDON will be releasing a mini-album in early 2019. In addition to touring with SUMAC and Baptists in March, the band be performing alongside Neurosisand Converge in Tokyo in February. Previously, they have performed and toured alongside the likes of Boris, Godflesh, Full of Hell, Mutoid Man, The Body, and more.
