Major Murphy follows up their stunning debut LP with a rocked-up, summertime version of The Kinks’ song “Strangers,” a tune whose lyrics can be taken as a call toward unity and solidarity with those labeled as other.
The band is releasing the single as a “Pay What You Want” track on Bandcamp, and all monies earned there will be donated to the Fianza Fund, and organization that supports migrants who are being detained at the southern U.S. border.
