Announce Preorder Details For Debut Album Snuff

Last year we raved about Lingua Nada, this year their projection is about to rupture- 2018 is set to be the best year yet for Leipzig based quartet Lingua Nada and their forthcoming debut album release ‘Snuff’ due March 23rd.

Lingua Nada first came to our attention through the musicians in Le Mans based QDRPD, with a reference from that act how could we not instantly love what this band are achieving. The German 4 piece are easily one of the most exciting bands around; their drive, ambition and their range of influences mean the band have created something so unique. Fusing together elements of various genres: you’ll find some garage, some mathrock, shoegaze, posthardcore and more. But as we’ve said before it’s Lingua Nada‘s energy and their passion which captivates the listener.

The band are erratic to say the least, but their loud instrumentation and their insane deliverance will win you over.

With the recent announcement of their forthcoming debut album ‘snuff’ due for release this March, the band have since released a virtual game to pre-order the release with and today, a new music video.

We spoke with Adam Lenox Jr of Lingua Nada to find out more info about ‘Level 100’, better known as ‘LVL100’:

“With the song LVL100 taken from the upcoming debut album “snuff”, Lingua Nada explores their darker allays adding some mean garage, hectic beats and guitar synths inspired by The Locust to their original sound. LVL100 is between serenity and mayhem mixing dreamy shimmering sounds and evil synths. Directed by young and promising director Nicolai Hildebrandt, the video is somewhat a hilarious critic of… energy drinks ? or car commercial? society? it´s up to you to judge.”

The highly anticipated release of ‘Snuff’ will be available on Vinyl and CDs by Kapitän Platte and Dog Knights Productions in March 2018. Pre-orders via the labels both kick off today, January 22nd. March 23rd can’t come soon enough.
