Speak, Brother announce UK tour with TAMA IMPALA’s Barbagallo

‘LIONS ROAR’ the new single by Speak, Brother to be released: 3rd November Vulnerable, honest, ethereal: this is the music of Speak, Brother.

Boasting a powerful indie-folk-rock sound with subtle hymnal and gospel tones, their story-based anthems have drawn comparisons to the likes of Of Monsters and Men, Kodaline and Fleet foxes.

Speak Brother have been hand picked to tour the UK with Tame Impala’s very own Barbagallo during February 2018 for 4 special shows in London, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle.
Having played shows and received airplay across the UK including BBC Radio 2, the Midlands outfit are releasing a 2nd single “LIONS ROAR” from their debut upcoming Album and will embark on their headline UK Tour in November. The eagerly anticipated Album “Young & Brave” is to be released in Spring 2018.

“Lions Roar is inspired by a moment with my young nephew. It was his first time seeing the vast ocean and it was cold and choppy. He was notably scared and about to cry but instead he just shouted out as loud as he could against the winds. It was profound for me, because if he was on his own, with me or his mum nearby, he wouldn’t of had the courage. This song is about togetherness and the life found within community.” – James (lead singer)

“A piece of class.”  – Brody Swain, BBC Intro

“Their mix of passion and emotive storylines are quite irresistible” FATEA
