January 27, 2017

Event: Electric Soup III
Date: 04/03/17
Time: 7pm – 11pm
Price: £4adv / £5otd

MADE Events is proud to present Electric Soup III – A sonic mix of performances across the spectrum of ‘electronic music’. Improvisation, collaboration and experimentation are highly encouraged between artists during the event, marking a further contribution to South Wales’ healthy, and rapidly expanding, experimental music scene; again demonstrating Cardiff MADE gallery as a hub for contemporary arts in Wales’ capital.

Electric Soup’s previous outing featured as part of Brickstock Festival and played witness to the historic moment where intergalactic space vigilantes Atomic Supermen hijacked the festival by bombarding the audience with an audacious whirlwind of synth-powered cosmic rock!

For the event’s third instalment there will be a first time performance from Swansea-based collaborative art project, & Friends.

Off the back of the recent brilliant EP release, ‘Epoch’, Cardiff-based producer and performer Boris a Bono will be taking his glitch-filled, ethereal sound into a live setting at MADE.

Highly acclaimed Welsh synth-pop artist Ani Glass will be rounding out the evening before things are brought to a close by the boundary-pushing sounds and scenes of the Swansea Laptop Orchestra.

Join us in Cardiff MADE gallery for an evening of contemporary and experimental electronica from a collection of the freshest and most forward-thinking sonic artists and performers in South Wales.Glyn Owen (Event organiser)
