Portals Presents: The ArcTanGent Festival London Warmup show.
Portals have teamed up with ArcTanGent to bring you this year’s London Festival Warmup Show. The day will be a celebration of ATG Festivals past and present and will feature a selection of bands that are either playing the festival this year, or have played in the past.
First Announcement:
Poly-Math
Waking Aida
Kusanagi
Alma
Quadrilles
Very Special Headliners TBA
Poly-Math bring their unique blend of math, prog and experimental rock to the Portals stage for the first time.

“[Poly-Math] combine the vision and scope of prog rock with the urgency and energy of math” (The Independent).
“Moulding together the spazzy math rock of early Tera Melos, the impetuous intensity of The Mars Volta, and the cool complexity of early prog rock greats like Mahavishnu Orchestra” (Fecking Bahamas).
Poly-Math are an intriguing explosion of sounds and ideas. Epic and challenging math rock soundscapes clash with more progressive passages in energetic fashion” (Circuit Sweet)
Support comes from the twinkling math/post phenomenon of Waking Aida, the frenetic instrumental riffs of Kusanagi, the delicate, soulful post-rock of Alma and the weird-pop guitar hooks of Quadrilles.

The headliners will be announced in June along with one more band.
Key Info:
Date: Sunday 24th July
Venue: Brixton Windmill
Tickets: £7 super earlybirds, £8 earlybirds, £10 adv, £12 otd.
Portals are the pro’s at hosting an unmissable show and this is another one you need to attend.
