Steven James Adams
Reveals video for “Ideas“
Taken from new album Old Magick
Due out on Fortuna POP! on 4 March
As a prelude to the release of his new album Old Magick on Friday, 4 March via Fortuna POP!,Steven James Adams reveals this stunning new video for his latest single “Ideas”. An intimate portrait of an artist home alone with his work, the video was directed by Umut Gunduz.
Old Magic is Ex-Broken Family Band/Singing Adams frontman Steven James Adams‘ second album to be recorded under his full name and his first release for Fortuna POP!. As rich in melody as it is in irony, Adams’ wit-soaked alt pop is streaked through with social consciousness. His knack for marrying remarkably astute lyrics with inescapable earworms is aided and abetted by producer and musician in his own right, Dan Michaelson’s deft melodic touch, making Old Magick sound like an instant classic.
