Fierce Morgan reveal ‘Sweat + Tears’ a track from their new EP ‘Misanthropy’

Sheffield pop-punkers, Fierce Morgan are delighted to reveal ‘Sweat + Tears’ a track taken from their EP ‘Misanthropy’ out March 18th 2016.

‘Sweat And Tears’ lyrically deals with the subject of trying to remain positive while friends and peers achieve “success”. It touches on the struggle of trying to make your creative output count more than your bank balance to those around you.

“‘Sweat And Tears’ is about trying to achieve something by doing what you love but ending up paying the price for it. You watch people around you achieving something and start to feel like you’ll never get there.  I constantly hear the ‘chase your dream’ rhetoric but it seems the world pushes you to get an ordinary 9-5 and work your life away,” comments vocalist / guitarist Owen Cousins.

With the breakneck pace of skate-punk bands like NOFX and The Flatliners and the melody of pop-punk heavyweights like The Story So Far and Handguns, Misanthropy singles out Fierce Morgan as a band confident in their own style and ready to take on the very best.

Misanthropy will be available March 18th via the band’s Bandcamp page.
