HO99O9 stream new track ‘Twisted Metal’ ahead of Reading & Leeds Festivals

Following a First Play as ‘Rockest Record’ on Daniel P Carter’s BBC Radio 1 Rock Show this week, the brand new track from Ho99o9, titled ’Twisted Metal’, is streaming now. This is the first new music from Ho99o9 since they released their Horrors of 1999 EP for free download earlier this year, a project which was accompanied by a trilogy of suitably jarring music videos which brought visuals to the entire release.

Combining elements of hip hop and punk rock in a style that’s unlike no other, Ho99o9 have been turning heads with their full throttle live show and bombastic compositions, most recently at Visions festival in the UK and at European Festivals Lowlands and Pukkelpop, where the caustic duo played to thousands of voracious festival-goers.

Ho99o9’s maniacal live show will be tearing its way through Reading and Leeds Festivals this weekend and it is, quite simply, one that’s not to be missed.

“Featuring wedding dresses, beer-sharing performance art, barrier-jumping, a mosh pit and a whole lot of nakedness, they blew minds and speakers.” – i-D

“Ho99o9 rap, scream and spit out lyrics with little regard for their listener’s state of mind, and they are just as unhinged live.” – The Guardian

“The pair build a nightmarish and brutally intense world… Don’t listen to this alone.” – NME

“Like your music raw and aggressive like sushi on a rampage? Ho99o9 only have one setting; all out destruction.” – DIY Mag

“just don’t blame us if you don’t make it out alive.” – Gigwise
