Infusing riotous ‘n’ roll with an ethereal shimmer” – NME

One listen to Turbowolf’s up-and-at-ya riffing and it’s not hard to fathom why Royal Blood’s Mike Kerr so eagerly tipped the Bristolians’ second LP as “totally insane” – Q Magazine

Riotous Bristolian rockers Turbowolf, follow the release of their recent album ‘Two Hands’ with a snake-laced, voodoo-tastic, head-tripping mini-movie to accompany album highlight and new single ‘Solid Gold’.

‘Solid Gold’ is a ferocious rock ’n’ roll anthem bursting with colossal riffs, blistering rhythms, weird-as-hell samples, inspired vocals and a ferocious chorus that could just make you lose your mind.

‘Solid Gold’ comes from the band’s top 40 second album ‘Two Hands’, out now. The album was co-produced with Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Band of Skulls, Opeth), and is a master class in taking rock music to the outer limits and creating something truly unique. Stuffed to the gills with countless grooves, riffs and rhythms, the album reaches deep into the secret history of mankind and ponders the wonders of evolution.

And in amongst the far-reaching eccentricities that Turbowolf have made their own, the band have an impeccable ear for a hit, with singles ‘Rabbits Foot’, ‘Rich Gift’ and Nine Lives eating up the airwaves with huge support at Radio 1 including an ‘In New Music We Trust’ playlist and two ‘Track Of The Day’s.

After the storming success of their previous tours with Royal Blood, Death From Above 1979 and a rapturous sold-out headline show at London’s Dingwalls, the band will be hitting the road once again in Europe and the US with a string of summer festival appearances, including sets at Reading and Leeds Festival.

UK SUMMER FESTIVAL APPEARANCES

31st July – Cork Ireland, Indiependence Festival
1st August – Cumbria, Kendal Calling
28th August – Leeds Festival (The Pit Stage)
30th August – Reading Festival (The Pit Stage)

“At just 39 minutes, they’ve packed so much into this entirely mad record, you’ll be left happily exhausted by the end of it.” – Classic Rock

“A captivating mix of 70s styled retro rock, psychedelic zippiness and punkish alt-rock energy that will appeal to the crossover kids” – Metal Hammer

“Stuffed to the guts with Turbowolf’s distinctive rubber-buzzsaw riffs and Technicolour stomp, boding well for a strong showing from one of the UK’s most under-appreciated rock bands.” – Clash Music
