Until Sounds of the Shire festival kicks off across Hereford City Centre, we will be posting details about each event planned over the course of the forthcoming 9 day festival. Having already published details of the first event being held at The Venue as Hereford Live host a special showcase of local talent, which can be found here, we are excited to share details of the second event. Get ready to save the date for the second live night in a special acoustic evening.
July 26th, the first Sunday of the festival, Hereford Live have curated a special evening in one of the best backdrops our city has to offer. Grab a pizza and a cocktail, sit back relax and enjoy a chilled out affair hosted by ours and SOTS’ friends at The Shack Revolution.
‘Shackoustic Sunday‘ will feature some of the most promising female singer-songwriters in Herefordshire, with a broad range of musical styles – each singer will tick the right boxes.
The line-up includes Hereford pop princess Natalie Holman and rock goddess Claire Perkins of A Hundred Suns, Ellen Coombe, duo Meg and Mog, with support from the ladies of Bang On Drums!
Taking place in the garden, the evening will be a chance to relax with the best food, drinks and friends whilst these talented ladies serenade you with a mix of original material and less-than-obvious covers.
Entry is free
