In-Flight Safety are about to release their new single ‘Destroy’ from their latest record ‘Conversationalist’ through Conehead UK. Veterans of SXSW, NXNE, The Great Escape and BBC Radio sessions, the band are certainly on the rise.
‘Destroy’ is their latest single and it consists of all the best qualities the band has to offer. Featured in ‘Vampire Diaries’ and ‘The Office’ US, ‘Destroy’ is definitely worth listening to. You’ve got guitar hooks, great lyrics and beautiful harmonies adding eeriness to the track and making the imagery more mysterious. It can be raw and haunting, but always uplifting with rich, thoughtful production that’s anything but indie.
Mixed by Gus van Go (The Stills, Hollerado) in Brooklyn NY, ‘Destroy’ is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. There’s beauty in opposites and this single is both pragmatic and ethereal, it builds and burns, leaving you wanting more.
