The Teen Age has teamed up with Brooklyn’s Old Flame Records to release a new digital single on April 7th. A-side “Low Cunning,” which features driving guitars and an impossibly catchy chorus which you can find streaming below.

The Teen Age are creating something we urge you to support, defying all boundaries related to their sound and producing something of their own. The Teen Age will lure you in with their addictive and desirable compositions. ‘Low Cunning’ the new single release is simply flawless- the only track you need to soundtrack your summer days; tantalising riffs/chords, hypnotic vocals and the perfect punk pop melodies. The quartet have captured their own angst, reminiscent to renowned rebellious 70s punk acts acting out.

Mixing the recklessness of ’70s punk and garage-rock with the pop sensibilities of classic doo wop, the Brooklyn-based band is equal parts grit and melody. Since forming in 2012, they’ve shared stages with bands like Twin Peaks, Diarrhea Planet, Palma Violets, Big Ups, and Crocodiles, and 2014 saw the release of their debut EP, Ways To Adapt, on local label PaperCup Music.

The Teen Age will celebrate the release of their new single on April 7th at Brooklyn’s Shea Stadium.

This is one of our bands to watch for 2015.
