Following on from Henri‘s well-received ‘It’s Like This, Its Like That EP’ is Henri‘s edit of Snatam Kaur’s otherworldly track, ‘Mul Mantra’.

The melodic intro of the Balearic tinged track is slow and steady. The bohemian beats and sunny classical guitar riffs envelope the listener instantly.

The delicacy of Kaur’s vocals combined with the infectious dub bassline hook in ‘Mul Mantra’ not only shows versatility in Henri‘s producing abilities, but also reveals a softer side of the acclaimed house DJ.

Join Henri on her spiritual voyage discovering her true musical self.

Henri’s resume includes DJ sets at New York Fashion Week, including Let’s Play House radio, the Milk Studios Launch Party, and events for EsquireNylon and some of New York’s hottest clubs, as well as rave reviews from Paper magazine and L.A.’s favourite radio station, KCRW.

Henri aka Henrietta Tiefenthaler was born in London, but is now based in L.A., where her versatility is beginning to attract serious attention; DJ-ing, performing with her psychedelic krautrock band Thrillionaire, and developing her own dance/pop productions. She co-wrote and sung lead vocals on ‘Hold Me’, with Hamburg producer/DJ Raik; a dreamy electronic track, released on Golden City Sounds (a label Raik co-founded with house legend Boris Dlugoschand Isi from Digitalism).
