Lisa Alma is a singer, songwriter and producer hailing all the way from Denmark. After having supported Agnes Obel and performed at SXSW and CMJ, she went on a tour in the US by doing a variety of sold out shows in Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco and New York. Having gained a few syncing opportunities for her previous tracks, she decided to go back to the studio and work on new material. This time, instead of doing everything on her own, she teamed up with Taio Cruz’s producer called Lasse Lyngbo in order to explore, experiment and experience new ways of producing music.  The result of their joint efforts comes in the shape of her upcoming new single Fine.

Fine begins with a steady electronic beat, which instantly energises and soothes the listener. Having always possessed a music aficionado’s dream blend, Lisa Alma’s mix of indie, electro and lo-fi pop appeals to the fans of Young Galaxy and St Vincent alike.

Electronic hi hats clip under the keyboard pads filling out the arrangement with Sharleen Spiteri-esque vocals. A commanding presence on the track with an almost ceremonial, compelling delivery, Lisa paints vividly with her words.

Acutely confessional, Fine moves the body and the mind in equal measure and it will be available for sale and download 3rd November 2014.
