Sean Grant & The Wolfgang unveil a brand new track, ‘Hoist The Sails’, streaming on YouTube now.

‘Hoist The Sails’ sees Grant likening his love of a woman to that of the sea, “I wrote this song about myself wanting to be the ideal man and realising that in order to do that I would have to find the ideal woman, which in fact does not exist. So we go through these emotions like a raging sea, over and again, trying to find and be the ideal… but is there an ideal?”

Taken from upcoming EP We The Working Class, ‘Hoist The Sails’ brings Sean Grant to the mid-point of his thought provoking, four-video sequential. With each track on the EP receiving an accompanying video, the lead track ‘I Am The Devil’ is streaming on YouTube now.

Showing a song writing prowess beyond his years, Sean looks to the past for inspiration, whilst creating music that is very much in the here and now. Sean’s ambitious brand of punchy, punk influenced folk-rock is unafraid to touch on tough subject matters that other artists would avoid – drawing his ideas from both the unsung heroes and the monsters in everyday life.
