Announce Record Store Day release
7” white vinyl – Limited to 1000 copies

PSB are proud to take part in Record Store Day 2014 with their first new music since their debut album ‘Inform – Educate – Entertain’ was released to critical and commercial acclaim in May 2013.

This exclusive, limited edition white vinyl 7″ samples archive footage from the Netherlands’ Elfsedentocht (Eleven Cities Tour), the world’s biggest ice skating race. The band were commissioned by the organisers of the historic race and performed the songs at Explore the North Festival in Leeuwarden in November 2013. Listen to the tracks and watch the videos here.

They will be undertaking a mini-tour to celebrate the release, hitting cities they failed to visit on their last UK tour including Leicester, Lincoln & Hull. On Record Store Day itself, the band will perform at Sound It Out in Stockton before a performance at the Georgian Theatre as part of Stockton Calling.

The band have just returned from a triumphant debut US tour which saw a sold out show in New York and SXSW-ers queuing round the block to get into their BBC Introducing showcase in Austin. Whilst in the US they picked up high profile sessions with NPR, KCRW and many more. They are now turning their sights to Europe and a tour support with Manic Street Preachers beckons in May.

New material – the subject of which is a closely guarded secret – will follow later in the year.

Live Dates
16 April – 02 Academy, Leicester
17 April– The Engine Shed, Lincoln
18 April – The Welly, Hull
19 April – Sound It Out Records / Stockton Calling @ The Georgian Theatre, Stockton
