Kristian Harting supporting Future Islands – extra UK dates added due to high demand‏

   Following a phenomenal few weeks for Future Islands, which has seen them become immortalised in meme form after their performance on Letterman, their planned UK tour has expanded to accomodate the extra interest. Exile On Mainstream’s Kristian Harting will be supporting across all of these shows, alongside Ed Schrader’s Music Beat, providing more opportunity to experience the Danish minimalist singer-songwriter in the coming months.

Kristian Harting shall be drawing upon songs from his profoundly personal debut solo album, Float, which was released in February this year via Exile On Mainstream. Throughout the album, Kristian Harting exorcises the demons he’s clashed with in his recent past, culminating in a diverse lo-fi pop album that is strikingly melodious, hauntingly beautiful and deeply tender.
