Producer duo H A R T E B E E S T return with a second track in the shape of ‘DRUMS’. An expansive and luscious synth laced 4 minutes of blissful guitars, ethereal keys and enchanting falsetto vocals. With a combination of lyrical depth and throwaway simplicity, ‘DRUMS’ juxtaposes gloomy melancholy with carefree youthful decadence, placing haunting cinematic textures alongside floating euphoric hooks.
Following on from previous track ‘death’ they burrow deeper into sophisticated electronic pop excellence to create a moment that encapsulates the bitter warmth of an English summer.
