Introducing Moose Blood

January 20, 2013

Moose Blood are four friends Eddy, Mark, Glenn and Sam- based in Canterbury, this quarter will soon be your new favorite band. Moose Blood are set to release their much-anticipated 7” EP ‘Moving Home’ through Fist in the Air and Day By Day Records on January the 14th 2013. With support and airplay already coming from the likes Daniel P Carter on his Radio One Rock show and support slots with Sharks, Apologies, I Have None and Palma Violets already under their belts, things are already starting to look bright for the band who are still in their first year.

The 6 tracks that make up this 7″ contain songs about girls, coffee, knit wear and more pop culture references than is necessary and it’s the perfect soundtrack to a British winter’s day. The first track released from the EP ‘Bukowski’ has already been in heavy rotation and garnered a lot of hype since the band put it up in November.

1. My Own Boat
2. Evening Coffee
3. Moving Home
4. Carbis Bay
5. Drive
6. Bukowski

The official release date is February 11th but downloads were sent out with vinyl preorders so they’ve decided to put the whole EP up for sale digitally on bandcamp, for anyone who’s not into buying records.

Preorders for the 7″ are now available through Fist In The Air and
Day By Day records.
