Regardless of the surrounding Jubilee Celebrations- Circuit Sweet celebrated the bank holiday weekend in only one way- In the company of favourite artists and friends during a night showcasing an array of talented musicians. Buttonpusher; renowned for its tour booking and live nights truly exceeded themselves when the PR company and music lovers presented their first all dayer at Nottingham’s The Chameleon. The bill held a plethora of promising DIY acts from local to many whom travelled afar. Of those acts some are regular names on our site including headline act Tera Melos.
After spending a month recording towards their new album, In April, they started their month off by playing the US reunion shows of the legendary fIREHOSE before flying off to headline their own EU/UK/Russia & Ukraine Tour, the band have literally been gone for months overseas! And the tour isn’t over yet. We caught up with Tera Melos at our good friends’ Buttonpusher‘s First all dayer.
The acts amongst the days proceedings included:
USE IN A CRISIS
THE SHOGUNS DECAPITATOR
ALRIGHT THE CAPTAIN
Due to travel we were unable to see the first couple of bands but from the first act we saw right until the end of the evening; the consistent level of talent, audaciousness and creativity kept the audience captivated throughout.
Check back at the site shortly as we review Tera Melos’ live gig at The Fleece Bristol and unveil an exclusive live interview.
