Sad Blood are real pleased to announce their second EP Legion Of Gloom, out digitally on May 6th. Sad Blood are one of the better examples of the ’emo revival’, drawing influence from Into It. Over It., Sunny Day Real Estate, Mineral and Algernon Cadwallader. Although Legion Of Gloom clocks in at under 15 minutes long it doesn’t fall short of leaving you comfortably satisfied. With its real laid back attitude drenched in a thick layer of puns and innuendo.
Legion of Gloom is your perfect bummed out record to sit in the sun and hang out to.
To celebrate all of this lovely new information for you, I’m really happy to share with you a track from the record. Heavy Petting Zoo is the first track on the EP and it’s all kinds of lovely. It’s the audio representation of a nice hug after someone has just cheered you up and out of a bad time.
