We believe in Little L Records. We believe in their releases and we certainly approve of their latest announcement/addition/pre-order to their back catalog. We are extremely honoured to reveal the debut album from promising Californian trio The Unending Thread, streaming in full ahead of it’s official release date.

Hailing from Van Nuys, California and having formed in the winter of 2011, The Unending Thread are a powerful movement showing no signs of slowing down. This year being a momentous triumph for the three as they embark on revealing to the world their self titled debut- ladies and gentlemen take notice.

This band, simply put, will engross you. Having worked together for years they’ve captured their own signature sound. Described as providing jazz punk, an uncontrived mix of pop, punk energy with progressive sound structures and danceable hooks and melodies- what’s not to love.

The Unending Thread are set to release their <selftitled> debut album, which is being released via renowned Irish label Little L Records on July 25th, the perfect home for their record. Available on cassette, CD and digital.

Consisting of Cesar Alas on Guitar/Vocals, Kim Reyes on Bass/Vocals and Julian Tallman-Rogantini on Drums/Vocals, together these three intelligent musicians create a forceful outfit, definitely a band to watch.

From start to finish, The Unending Thread have created a perfectly contrasting, unblemished record which projects the trio’s capabilities and creativity. It’s a bold debut which so easily captivates, with solid riffs, impeccable break downs and a tight deliverance. The Unending Thread have mastered their own melodious punk style present throughout<selftitled>. Throughout the release, all 9 tracks boast the carefully constructed math rock sounds skilfully fused with emo-stylings and a hardcore projection. How one band can have so many styles in their sound but still create something entirely their own is incredibly refreshing to hear and see.

This debut is bound to put this band on the map. Let’s see this band on tour with the likes of The Fall of Troy in the future. We’d love to see them over in the UK!

Be sure to add this record to your collection from July 25th via the Little L Records store.
