WE WERE EVERGREEN DEBUT ALBUM “TOWARDS”
OUT DECEMBER 2nd
“At their best…they are joy unbounded”
“A wonderfully fun and flighty quality to shine through the layers of cheering melodies”
“The production here is immaculate, and the list of instruments that make of the sound is genuinely daunting”
-Drowned in Sound
We Were Evergreen’s debut album Towards drops tomorrow via Minty Fresh, with the addition of three bonus songs. The French trio moved to London a few years ago, adding more layers to their eclectic music. This eccentric album combines French pop and English folk, with the infusion of avant-garde and sprinklings of disco. Produced by Charlie Andrew (Alt-J, Darwin Deez, Matt Corby), Towards is a warm album that is sure to keep you dancing during the cold winter months to come. We Were Evergreen is: Michael Liot (guitar, vocals), Fabienne Débarre (piano, vocals), and William Serfass (drums).
We Were Evergreen is currently touring the Philippines; look for a US tour in 2015.
