“Sick Shit.” – Rock Sound

“…distortion driven delights.” – Kerrang!

They’ve abused the T Break stage at this year’s T in the Park, their third album One Hundred Percent Suave has dominated the rock press like a kinky politician, and now Fat Goth have released single Sin Altar.

Sin Altar has already picked up support from the likes of Amazing Radio and was featured on Ally McCrae‘s BBC Introducing T in The Park Highlights show. You can stream and buy it now via Fat Goth’sBandCamp page.

The Skinny recently filmed the Fat Goth boys at their rehearsal space in Dundee before they hit T in the Park. If you missed this special, intimate performance of single Sin Altar live, you can still catch it on The Skinny‘s YouTube channel.

Sin Altar is a nightmarish gut punch of a track, throwing dark shadows on unfamiliar roads in a part of town where stopping for directions is likely to leave you bundled in a bathtub, packed in ice and minus a kidney. If you’ve ever accidentally walked into a metal club wearing crocs and a pair of chinos, you’ll be familiar with the track’s overall tone. It doesn’t want to rock you. It wants to use you, give you bus fare and never call you again.

If you’ve managed to miss Fat Goth during their recent spate of live shows, you can make it up for it by catching them at the Hothouse stage at the Belladrum Festival. Check below for full details:
