“Somewhere in the Future” is an impressive piece of work that takes Treefight For Sunlight’s insanely catchy pop melodies and explosive rhythmics to even greater heights. The music video is made by Morten Winther Nielsen, singer, guitarist and composer in Treefight For Sunlight.
Treefight For Sunlight has been in the studio for two years, and later in 2014 the long-awaited follow up to the debut album from 2010 hits the streets (exact release date to be announced). The album is entitled nothing less than Pizza and our humble opinion is that it really raises the bar, not just for Treefight For Sunlight but for adventurous pop music anno 2014.
In February 2014 the first single ” Come Closer ” was released with premieres on prestigious sites such as VICE in the United States , Clash in England, OnDaRock in Italy , Gimme Indie in Sweden, Glamcult in the Netherlands, Kultmucke in Germany and by Danish Soundvenue . Since then, the song gained a lot of radio airplay on Danish P6 & P3 English Amazing Radio and BBC London and Swedish Gimme Indie .
The debut album A Collection of Vibrations For Your Skull from 2010 was praised in the Danish and international press and named Album of the Year by several media.
